Common questions
Which Macs does Cutwright run on?
A Mac with Apple silicon and macOS 26 or later.
How do I turn on the AI features?
Open Cutwright › AI Settings, pick a provider, paste your key, and click Use this provider. Apple Intelligence needs no key on Macs that support it, and local models work through Ollama or LM Studio. Cloud providers bill your own key.
What does the Basic plan include?
The full editor, effects, templates, export, and on-device AI, plus cloud AI on your first 3 projects. Apple Intelligence and on-device tools never count toward that limit. Pro is a one-time purchase that removes it.
I bought Pro on another Mac. How do I get it here?
Open the plans sheet (click the plan badge, or Cutwright › Upgrade to Pro) and click Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account.
Captions are missing for my language.
Apple’s speech recognition covers about thirty languages. For others, such as Vietnamese, download a Whisper model once in AI Settings › Speech recognition.
How do I connect Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor?
Open a project, then Help › Connect Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or OpenCode and copy the command for your client. The connection only works on this Mac and only while Cutwright is open.
Recording does not show my screen or camera.
Allow Cutwright in System Settings › Privacy & Security under Screen & System Audio Recording, Camera, and Microphone, then quit and reopen Cutwright.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are made through Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Bật tính năng AI thế nào?
Mở Cutwright › AI Settings, chọn nhà cung cấp, dán key và bấm Use this provider. Apple Intelligence không cần key trên các máy Mac hỗ trợ, model chạy trên máy dùng được qua Ollama hoặc LM Studio. Nhà cung cấp đám mây tính phí trên key của bạn.
Gói Basic có gì?
Đầy đủ trình dựng, hiệu ứng, template, xuất video và AI trên máy, cùng AI đám mây cho 3 project đầu tiên. Apple Intelligence và công cụ trên máy không bao giờ tính vào giới hạn này. Pro mua một lần để bỏ giới hạn.
Tôi đã mua Pro trên máy khác. Làm sao dùng ở máy này?
Mở bảng các gói (bấm huy hiệu gói, hoặc Cutwright › Upgrade to Pro) và bấm Restore Purchases, đăng nhập cùng Apple Account.
Không có phụ đề cho ngôn ngữ của tôi.
Nhận dạng giọng nói của Apple hỗ trợ khoảng ba mươi ngôn ngữ. Với ngôn ngữ khác, như tiếng Việt, hãy tải một model Whisper một lần trong AI Settings › Speech recognition.
Kết nối Claude Code, Codex hoặc Cursor thế nào?
Mở một project, chọn Help › Connect Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or OpenCode rồi sao chép lệnh cho ứng dụng của bạn. Kết nối chỉ hoạt động trên máy Mac này và khi Cutwright đang mở.
Khi quay không thấy màn hình hoặc camera.
Cho phép Cutwright trong System Settings › Privacy & Security ở mục Screen & System Audio Recording, Camera và Microphone, rồi thoát và mở lại Cutwright.
Làm sao để được hoàn tiền?
Giao dịch được thực hiện qua Apple. Yêu cầu hoàn tiền tại reportaproblem.apple.com.
